Refunds
After receiving your refund request, we will promptly notify you of its status. If your request is
approved, we will process the refund through your original payment method. Please note that
the refunded amount will exclude any service charges incurred during the initial transaction
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your selected ride, tour, or excursion, please reach out to our customer
support team within 24 hours of making your purchase. We will guide you through the process
of making the exchange.
Non-Returnable
Please note that no refunds will be issued within two hours of the scheduled start time of your
ride.
Service Charges and Taxes
Service charges and taxes are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for these costs.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your request.
However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on
your payment provider.
